Salary increase about six months back on paper but I have still not got the amount in my bank

I got a raise about six months back ( I have the orders on paper with me) but the increased pay has still not starting coming to my account. I have asked the account department many times and they it will start from next month but it does not. Now i want a claim on my last six months salary plus the interest on it. What is the way to do it?

    Hi friend

Firstly Congratulations for your salary raise. Now if you got a salary raise 6 months back and have proof with you on paper then you certainly should have got your raised salary in your account from the next month itself. It is very irresponsible on your company's part to delay your raised salary like this. You should certainly ask for compensation for the same. You should fight for what is rightfully yours and don't just sit quietly . Do take some quick action to set things right.

The best for you will be to ask your manager regarding the same and to tell him that you haven't received your salary in your account for the past 6 months and now you want your salary with interest for the past 6 months as you have suffered due to their irresponsibility and now want compensation for the same. I am sure your manager will consider your request and thus guide the accounts dept accordingly. Also you maybe asked to write an application for the same.

Good luck friend. Hope you get your due

    Hello,

This situation is very bad for the company.
The company is showing irresponsibility towards the employees.
This could bring down the name of the company you are working in.
You must rightfully receive your increment .

You should talk to your boss about this.
If you have the papers which say you will increment, then show those papers to your boss.
Ask him to talk to accounts department and give you your fair share.
Show him the bank statements of last 6 months where you received the old payment and not the increment.

    Surely this will help.
    Good luck

As you said that you have got an increment on papers but you havent recieved the incremented salary since last 6 months, this is a very serious issue i am wondering that how you have waited till now, you need to go to the general manager of the company and ask whats going on in the HR department, they are not listening as the increment has already take place six months back but till now there is no amount recieved by the company.
After listening to you general manager will give the call to the HR department in front of you and ask for the reason then whatever will be the reason he will liosten that and after that he will call him to his cabin and also screw his *** so that he will never do this kind of negligiency.
All the salary related works are carried over by the HR department so if they are not doing their work properly then you need to go to the higher authorities for solution because HR never help you till the time you give them the dose.
So take my suggestion and do the same because this world is full of cruelties if you not raise your voice against them then they will treat you like a shit.
    So best of luck.
