    Salary hike still pending from past 14 months

    I have been working with an international school for the past 14 months. All my colleagues have received salary hike but I have not received one yet. How should I ask about the same?

    Hi friend

    I think if you really think that you deserve the salary hike then you should really go and speak to your manager regarding the same. As you said that all your colleagues have received salary hikes as well then if you really think that your performance at your workplace is at par with them , then you too should get a salary hike . You should definitely fight for your rights and not let anyone do injustice with you.

    The best option for you would be to go to your manager's cabin and talk to him regarding the salary hike matter. Tell him that you have been a good employee of the company fpr the past 14 months and now you certainly deserve a salary hike at this point . All your colleagues have got salary hikes and you certainly think that your performance is at par with them.Also mention all your achievements and the appreciation or appraisals, if any, you have got over the past 14 months. Try to persuade your manager by mentioning your merits and I am sure he will certainly give a thought to your problem. He will surely help you as much as he can. Also you can write a formal letter beforre talking to him directly.

    Hi,

    I think you should tell this to your manager and the higher authorities.
    When you have been performing quite decently in your job,then you should definitely get an increment as soon as possible.
    You should put forward the good work that has been done by you in front of the manager and should request him for an increment as soon as possible.
    You should tell him that you are feeling very sad and bogged down due to the attitude of the management as far as the salary increment is concerned.
    Tell them that you will perform is a much better way once they give you an increment.
    And since the inflation is rising day by day,it is your right to get an increment to live a quality life!

    * There is always a desired reason for salary hike.
    * You must find the reason why you are not given salary hike.
    * You must improve your performance with same.
    * Must deserve for salary hike in future.

    Dear Friend!

    There may be the many reasons to not get the hike salary for the past 14 months.

    1. There may be the mistaken by account's of company or HR you can not get hike salary.
    2. There may be the lacking of performance or regularity with jobs.
    3. There may be the any issues with your boss.

    I would suggest you to you must find our the reason for this why you are not given the hike salary. Every employee is deserve for hike salary by the company. Please don't worry about this if you did not do any thing wrong with company, definitely you will get your hike salary next months if company forgot you by mistaken.

    1)first go to hr and ask him why there are not provide salary hike for me

    2)he will provide the all information about your negative and positive and also he will tell why they are not hike the salary also

    3) there is always a desire reason for salary hike

    4)there may be lacking of performance or irregularity with job

    5)every employee is deserve for hike salary by the company

    6)please don,t worry about this if you did not do any thing wrong with comapny
