Rules regarding addressing someone in office

In corporate culture we do have different rules and regulations regarding addressing someone. But in my office there is a girl who is from BPO background and says she addresses someone by MR, MISS, or MRS. But she doesnít do this also in spite she just speak up the concernís name being the fact that she is the smallest one by age and below others by job profile.

    hi friend,

the rules regarding addressing someone in office is to

say mr or miss or mrs according to the suitability.

also you can call by their names.

in infosys you call narayana murthy by his name only although he is the manager

the age does not matter anything.

    all the best
    regards srilekha

hello aspirant It is corporate culture and everyone know how to behave with others. But one thing I want to suggest you that any person man or woman can addressed by mr,mrs, miss but relationship words are strictly prohibited likesisterbrother.I think you should tell her proper manners of office and teach the possible things which are mandatory to staying in corporate culture.I hope being a bpo employees she will definitely understand the situation.thanks for sharing your problem
