I am working with a Management college as a student Advisor. There is provision of PF deduction. Will you please tell me the deduction amount depends upon the company or any rules are formed by Government for the same?

Every employee are eligible for PF deduction2. 12% from his/her salary are allowed for PF deduction every months3. As PF(providend fund) is benefitted at the time of retirement.
Dear, Sir every employee are admissible for PF(providient fund) deduction .as we know in government sector all employee are allowed for12% of PF deduction from their monthly salary,even in big corporate sector emloyee are allowed for PF dedudction as based on company norms.
