There is no separate labour law for Manufacturing and service Company. The law for all the employee and employer is same. But

as per the Minimum wages Act the minimum wages notified will be different for different employees. It is because the nature of

the employment is different for different employees. The minimum wages is decided by the central or state government by

    constituting a minimum wages board.

hello dearas per government and human rights the rules are mandatory for every employees and labours.but these rules are change as per the post job and nature of work.generally an employee is a regular part of the company and hold all responsibilities while a labor is a temporary part and has no responsibility regarding targets or projects.his only aim is working for regular day timing.wages, salary, incentive is differ and these terms act only on employees specialized while a labor get only a fix salary and some time bonus as on festival.so you should prepare a chart regarding this thought.best of luck
