    Is that right to appoint a terminated employee on rolls if his prior experiences are excellent?

    If a female candidate got terminated by the employer just because she didnít entertained him, will she not be getting a good job soon again being terminated if her past experience of her work is excellent and the candidate is too perfect for the post available?

    Hi,

    If you have good experince in the field you work, you will certainly get a good job.

    However, please analyse the reason for your termination first, though it might be correct what you are saying.... there might be other reason for the termination....

    It happens in many cases in the private organisations...don't upset your selves.... the oppoptunities are not end...be positive and think that watever happen, it is good for you....
    but remember the cases hapenned for future job...
