    The reputation of our company is going down due to indiscipline among the employees

    I am the manager of a private firm. Recently the reputation of our company has been going down due to the indiscipline among the employees. Our clients are also not satisfied with us anymore. I really want to save my company from such disgrace. What to do in such a situation?

    This is really tough time for you as a manager of the firm as you are not able to satisfy your customers. In the competitive environment of today's

    world you cannot loose your customers due to lack of there satisfaction. As now a days there are many options for each and every thing in the

    market so the clients/customers doesn't wait for anyone. As a manager it is time that you take some quick and strict actions so that you can bring

    back the d
    required discipline and seriousness among the employees. As if at this time you don't do something than this effect seriously to the

    companies survival.

    First of all you need to design some strict and clear rules and implement them fast on the employees. The implementation must be as effective as

    the rules are. As it is a type of do or die situation than you can also put termination punishments directly without giving any chances, as now you

    cannot bear much losses. You can also put monetary punishments for mistakes of the employees. Make your employees clear that the first thing

    they must have in there minds is the clients satisfaction and if they are not able to do that than there is no place for them in the company. Be sure

    that the implementation of the rules is proper and the message sent by you to the employees is clear and to the point.

    You must also let your employees know that the company is not running in good phase due to lack of satisfaction shown by the clients, so that the

    employees come to know about their mistakes and the reason for implementation of such rules. You can also discuss this with your boss before

    implementing such rules. This will help you in making decisions more easily with proper implementation.

    WE ALL ARE REQUIRED IMPORVE OUR BEHAVIOUR WITH ALL CUSTOMER/CLIENT BECAUSE CUSTOME ARE LIKE A GOD.
    IF THE POSITION OF OUR CO WILL DOWN CONTINOUSLY THE CO. WILL NOT GIVE ANY GOOD INCRMENT TO THE STAFF.

    As you mention that you are the manager of the company. Now what you have to do is that type a notice against all the employees that our company is on the worth position due to your behaviors our clients are also not satisfied with our work so it is my humble request to you that please change your behavior in time otherwise you have to lost you job very soon .
    And tag application on the employee notice board. I am sure that they will change their behavior in time

    Sir , it may be harsh to hear but it is truth that whenever a leader lacks in taking responsibility his followers do this kind of behavior . One this I want to focus that this kind of things do not happen suddenly , it is a process if your employees are doing this kind of things it is because you didn't stop them in the beginning itself , so they are so much careless and that is the reason why your clients are not so much satisfied by their work. So the thing is you can't change your past yes but you can save your future so dear friend take a meeting about this kind of issue and take a strict decision against these kind of employees , make them understand that there is someone who cannot bear this kind of behavior in office. Your strictness will surely affect them and they will do their your sincerely.

    Hello,

    In desparate situation we have to take desparate measure. You should arrange a meeting
    and tell your employees the current situation in detail and ask their help and support to revive
    the company's reputation. New set of code of conduts should also be introduced to enhance their
    disciplinary side of the work.

    Dear sir, you are a Manager of a pvt.company you have seen your company's reputation good will is worsening day by day as there is indiscipline among the employees,you want to save your company from such disgraces,what to do in such situation.

    You are to do:-

    1.You call all employee to attend the special meeting.

    2.Inform them about the real condition of the company.

    3.Ask them if you can not serve better/satisfactorily our client will leave us gradually.

    4.I like to get your individual opinion/suggestions to save our company from the odd.situation.

    5.Under this situation we are to be United/Disciplined and to serve better to save our company.

    6.If our progress is stopped then we can not survive so for our interest we must be disciplined.

    7.Then after getting their suggestions you take action accordingly to save your company.

    Hi aspirant

    Being the manager its your responsibility to think about the prosperity of your company and not let it suffer in such a way. If the indiscipline among your employees is the sole reason for the decreased reputation of your company then its better that you try to remove this by talking to your employees regarding this matter and by asking them to take their responsibilities seriously. You should make an announcement as soon as possible regarding this.

    In the announcement tell your employees that recently the reputation of their company has been going down and even their clients are no longer satisfied with them. The sole reason for this is the indiscipline among the employees due to which the clients are miffed with them. You want all the employees to improve their behaviour and to bring discipline among them otherwise it will be not good for them. The culprits will definitely be punisheed.

    Hello Aspirant,

    Discipline is necessary for progress of either home or office.When there is no discipline we can not expect any progress.Now we should understand what the term discipline is.It means the things should go as per the norms fixed earlier as the procedure being followed in other places & which are in the interest of organisation/company & people concerned.

    Suppose one has to come to duty at 10.00AM.He/she must reach the office at the fixed time as stated above.There may be 5 to 10 mts late some time due to unavoidable reason & if one is coming at about 10.30 AM daily & is not saying any thing to the senior,then it is indiscipline.This should not be allowed by the management ,otherwise the whole things will be worst.

    So have a fixed office time & lunch time for the employees.See the work progress of the employees.If you find any negligence from any employee,take suitable action against one,the others will be alright.

    Being manager,you must be in discipline to teach others a lesson.

    Hope there will be an improvement in the situation of the company.
