    Dear Aspirant,

In this regard, you are advised to go through the terms & conditions of your appoitment letter. The notice period varies from 1 to 3 months. The purpose of notice period is to settle all the financial accounts of the out going employees.

If you have given the notice of one month as the the terms & conditions of the appointment letter, then it is all right otherwise you have to give it according to the same as stated above. You will be getting the salary of your notice period also but without deduction of PF amount.

For settlement of PF,you are required to fill the certain forms & submit it to the manager HR.

So contact the manager HR & request to get your works done.If you feel any problem, meet the head of your company,CEO/MD & report the matter.

    See the result.

If you still face problems, get relieved off in proper way, join your new company & then send a legal notice to the head of the last company.Your problems will be solved at the earliest.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Ashok

Dear friend, kindly contact your HR for the rules of the company. Normally all the benefits are reimbursed to you after you have left the company. Infact the last months salary is stopped by the company for security purposes.

    Thanks

When you resign from the company by sending your resignation letter to your reporting manager and serve the Notice period as required by the term of the employment, you will only be paid the Salary and other pending allowance once you leave the company.
You will get all your dues in the full and final settlement done by the company.
So complete your Notice period and do all the Exit formalities and than submit the exit documents to HR team and after 1 month contact the Salary team and ask for the status of the full and final settlement of your dues

Dear Friend It is true that when you have to leave a company then you have to give the resignation with a notice period varying form 1 month to 3 months form company to company.. This is done so that the company can find a suitable alternative for your post and also can perform all the formalities like the account clearance, Pf and other things.. And also for these, you have to fill specific forms and for this contact your concerned HR department.. ALL THE BEST for the future..
