    In PVT LTD jobs how can one check with the previous company’s documents of employee that they fake or not?

    In purely corporate culture the HR check each and every information with the new recruitment in office. But in a PVT LTD job where there is no HR then how can the employer check the authenticity of documents presented in office at the time of joining?

    These all depends upon documents presented by employee and on trust.

    Trust is also one factor in decision making.

    You are forgetting that the main motto of private companies is to conduct their work from employees rather than seeing their documents.

    If any employee give wrong documents and join company but do good job then what is the problem to company with him?

    And if you give original documents with long work experience but you not do the work with the expected one then they give terminate you from job.

    Dear Aspirant,

    Now-a-days the eligible candidates get job in pvt.company as well as in govt.organisation.Of course it is in practice since the ancient time,but due to economic globalization,the people is getting more chance to work in pvt.organisation.It is in good practice to change the company due to hike in salary.

    In order to join the job,the individual is required to submit the attested photo copies of the related certificates & documents which are safely kept in the personal file of the individual.So if any one wants to have a copy of the certificate of the employee,the management may write to the head of the last/previous company/organisation.In return,the required copy of the document may be made available.

    Hello,

    No, it varies from company to company. According to rule it is mandatory for the HR to check the documents
    for authentication. But it is not possible for HR to check each and every documents so some loop holes do exist
    in the process. All top companies have very sound HR policies regarding the matter but there are many small companies
    where the process is not applicable at all.

    hello sirit is very important to check out the documents which have submitted by candidates.You are asking about documents verification then mostly documents can be check weather these are valid or fake by online websites of official, university or boards.If you want to know further information related same then personally verification is only desired way to find out all dynamics of candidates like-he/she has valid documents-residents-criminal records (if positive in action )Police station can help out to solve thus issuethanks

    Dear friend, its not about the HR , if he is there , he will check and if he is not , nobody will check the documents. Its all about having a good employee and having a good and real documents. In PVT. LTD. company there are so much of higher authorities like project manger and many more . In any kind of working site where you or anybody want to have a job , there must be a boss who look after this kind of issue. So not having a HR is not implies that you are not going to checked . BE truthful and dedicated to your work. Hope you got my point.

    See the way by which you can check the authenticity of the documents is by investigating the information's in the documents.

    For that first of all you can randomly pick some important documents like a past work experience of the employee in the company, from the

    document you can find the information about the company and thus contact the same. You can ask about the employees performance and also

    cross check the validity of the documents. If the person has worked in the company than his information would also be there in the companies data

    base.Similarly you can check other documents and also the validity of those documents.

    It might be possible that an employee can get through one or two fake documents but not more than that. So it is better that you decide some

    particular amount of documents to be checked and thus plan out the authenticity testing accordingly.
