    Provisions for employee turnover?

    In a private owned company what should be proper way of employee turnover and with what time period? I am working in a dealership where I heard that the employees are made to resign after every six months no matter he is a performer or a non-performer. So, please guide me with the employee’s rights against this.

    Hello Friend,

    When You Provide The Job Than Talk With Person And Tell There Is Agreement For Job And 1 Year Job Bond.......

    And Tell AGREEMENT TERM AND CONDITION Which You Required For Company's Employers.....

    Hello Buddy....

    You are offering the job to which person, you should tell him for sign in the bond of one/two years..

    Show the Agreements to the candidate, if it is accepted by the employee only then he will provide Job...

    Dear Aspirant,

    First of all you must see the level of organistion where you want to join & work.Your guess seems not correct.There is no such turn over of the employee in private organisation.There are so many private companies where employees continue to work till their retirement.

    So see your terms & conditions of your appointment.There are conditions mentioned in the appointment letter for probation period.You can be terminated any time during the termination period if you are found faulty in any case & if the management is not happy with you.

    After completion of your probation period you will be asked for show cause for any mistake & if your reply is not satisfacory,you will be given the notice period before termination.

    so need not worry.Work & behave well to continue your job in the even private company/firm/organisation.
