I was promised a good rise in salary on the grounds of relocation which I have never received. I have been the star performer of the company for the last 2 years. The HR manager who had promised relocation hike is now turning a deaf ear. I have tried to speak about the issue but he says it’s the boss’s call. I am astonished, please help me ion solving this issue.

Dear aspirant,
i can understand your situation i think you should talk with your boss once may be he can help you.before you move to another place you should take hike amount letter or some proof of document so you can show to your HR manage at your new place but you should now talk with your boss. i hope your problem will sort out as soon.
