Recently, I went on prolonged sick leave. My boss feels that such unprofessional approach doesn’t suit company reputation. Can I merge and get adjusted my other leaves like casual leaves and annual leave. What should I do?

hi,
well it is really unprofessional. you must not have taken this much leaves. yes you can do this, merge them with casual and annual leaves to reduce it. and you wont be having anyleave further. make sure from now onward you take care of your health.
