Principal trying to imitate the culture of western schools at my current school

My principalís son recently completed his MBA from England. He is now trying to implement western culture in terms of the dress code and parties after school. All the teachers are very uncomfortable with the idea. How do we communicate this to the Principal?

    Hello,
there is no harm in applying western culture in terms of dress code and parties until it is misused by the students and other people present in the school. but if you don't want this to be implemented then you can make a conversation with your principal. this would be easy to go in a group and put your all positive points against this idea. if nothing happens from there you can contact to management department or head of the school. either make a direct conversation going in a group i his office or write a application about this.

i am sure this would help. Good luck

    Hi friend

This happens at many schools and even my mother had to undergo such experience. She was not ready to take this as she too was uncomfortable with it, so she left her job and took up a teaching job in another school. But you neednot worry about this friend and also dont get discouraged. You should certainly try to show your resentment to these new rules formed by your principal's son if all or a majority of the teachers are not comfortable with it. If your principal's son has donre his MBA from England, it does not mean that he can implement such rules against the wishes of the teachers. He should certainly be decent enough and take the opinion of the teachers regarding this before trying to ape the west and thus implement such culture in his school. I know as its his school, he has the right to make any rules he wants but as these rules are being made for the teachers ,he should realise that they must also be taken into confidence and then only a decision should be made regarding this.

So I think you along with all the other teachers , who are not comfortable with this idea of westernisation, should go and speak collectively with your principal. Tell your principal that you all are not comfortable with this idea of the change of dress code and parties after school and thus request her not to implement such ideas. You really consider this school as your second home and have gained so much from it. So now you dont want to leave it just because of this implementation taking place. You really want to continue working here . Thus you hope that your principal will lok into this matter and will hopefully accept your request. Also it will have a bad influence on the students according to you.

I am sure friend that your principal will listen to you and thus will grant your request. So you should not be afraid of puting your viewpoint in front of your principal and thus try to get out of this situation as soon as possible. I hope you understand my point. Good luck and Thanks

    * In charge will firstly analyze the issue.
    * If possible in charge can solve the problem.
    * If not possible then in charge will bring this to notice of principle.
    * Principle will hear you all and make her decision.

Imitating of western culture is good as long as the good part of it is imitated and not the negative side of it.Implementing dress code is a good step to a certain extent as long as uncomfortable dress code is not implemented.Parties after school can put an adverse effect on the smooth functioning of the school.Hence you all should deal the matter with intense care as the decision is taken by the principal and a united step should be taken from the side of you all to curb the situation towards the favour of you all.

-First have a meeting with all the teachers.
-Discuss the entire issue which is making you all uncomfortable.
-Draft all the demerits of the decision taken by the principal.
-Draft what are the things that you all want.
-Draft an unanimous letter with signature as consent of all on this issue.
-Request two senior teachers(of management committee if any) to approach the principal regarding this issue and have a meeting to express the viewpoint on behalf of all the teachers and give the application from the teachers' side.
-Request the principal to look into the matter and take a positive step.

There is no hurt in applying culture in terms of code and parties till it's ill-used by the scholars and others gift within the college. however if you do not wish this to be enforced then you'll build a speech communication along with your principal.

This would be simple to travel during a cluster and place your all positive points against this idea. if nothing happens from there you'll contact to management department or head of the varsity. either build an instantaneous speech communication entering into a bunch i his workplace or write a application regarding this.

Imitating of culture is nice as long because the strength of it's imitated and not the negative aspect of it.Implementing code could be a smart step to an exact extent as long as uncomfortable code isn't enforced.Parties when college will place associate adverse result on the sleek functioning of the varsity.

This happens at many colleges and even my mother had to bear such expertise. She wasn't able to take this as she too was uncomfortable with it, thus she left her job and took up a teaching job in another college. however you neednot worry regarding this friend and conjointly dont get discouraged.

You should actually attempt to show your hostility to those new rules shaped by your principal's son if all or a majority of the academics aren't snug with it. If your principals son has donre his master's degree from England, it doesn't mean that he will implement such rules against the desires of the academics. He ought to actually be good enough and take the opinion of the academics concerning this before attempting to ape the west and therefore implement such culture in his college. i do know as its his college, he has the proper to create any rules he needs however as these rules area unit being created for the academics ,he ought to realise that they need to even be taken into confidence then solely a choice ought to be created concerning this.

Thus i feel you along side all the opposite academics , United Nations agency aren't snug with this idea of Westernization, ought to go and speak put together along with your principal. Tell your principal that you just all aren't snug with this idea of the amendment of code and parties when college and therefore request her to not implement such concepts. you actually take into account this college as your second home and have gained such a lot from it.

So currently you dont wish to go away it simply because of this implementation happening. you actually wish to continue operating here . therefore you hope that your principal can lok into this matter and can hopefully settle for your request. conjointly it'll have a nasty influence on the scholars per you.

I'm positive friend that your principal can hear you and therefore can grant your request. thus you must not be fearful of putting your viewpoint ahead of your principal and therefore attempt to get out of this example as shortly as potential. I hope you perceive my purpose.
