Previous Company is not providing the experience letter even after 8 months of leaving the company

I am working in this company from past 6 months. This company has asked me to get the experience letter from the previous company to get my resignation complete here. I have been following up with my previous company for my experience letter, but they are not responding. I have served my notice period also.

In this case, you need to visit the Office of your previous company.
Take the copy of your resignation letter and relieving letter if any given by them.

Meet the HR manager and ask them why you are not being issued the Experience letter.
You need to stress the fact that you have served the notice period as per the rule of the compnay, that why this delay is happening.
I am sure HR manager will check the records and issue you the Experience letter, if there are not any dues .

Hi..I think you should not sit idle and take some strict action in order to get back your experience letter from your previous company..

You should go there and talk to your high officials or HR dept about this problem of yours..Tell them that you want your experience letter urgently as your current employers are asking for it and it has been already delayed so much..

If they dont listen then file a complaint against them in police..

    Best of luck...Thanks

    Dear Aspirant,

If you have record of correspondence, send a pleader notice to the manager HR/CEO of the company.

Otherwise meet in person & request to accept your resignation.

You will get your work done by the above means.

Be in telephonic contact frequently & see the result.

According to guidelines, follow to get your work done.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Ashok
