    Pregnant co worker is taking undue advantage of her condition

    One of my co workers is barely 3 months pregnant and already she has started making excuses on not working. I have seen her medical reports and everything is fine. This is a very delicate situation, how do I explain it to her that what she is doing is not right.

    hello friendWhy are you caring for that employees specialy a female employee who is having pregnancy of three months or more.you should attend your working and not to be noted others.Because sometimes this types behavior take a very critical problem that may be reason of loosing job.may be that employee is related with boss and can be terminate to you from job.taking decision on employees is the task of boss or manager then why you are caring that.so be attend your work and carry on it on new heights.thanks

    hello,
    you should have sense of not interfaring in the matter of some female colleague who is pregnant. as you don't the exact situation of her, may be medical reports are fine but she might be having fatigue , mood swings etc problems. rather you should help her and concentrate in your own work. and some one has said it right "keep your mind in your own soul", try to concentrate on your future and work and you can not claim this for any pregnant lady. you should respect her rather being judgemental .
