Is it possible to select the project as a Fresher in the software company?

I heard from many of my seniors that we will be shuffled into different projects when we go as a fresher to the company. Is that true? so is it not possible for me to select the project which I like as a fresher? How should I cope up with the other project which I donít have any idea in the domain? Please provide me the needed advice and help.

    Hello Friend,

That Is Very Low Chances For This, But When You Have Expert Knowledge And New Project Is Coming In Your Company Than Contact With Project Manager And Tell You Are Interested In This Project And You Have Brief Knowledge For This Than I Think Project Manager Give That Project When You Qualified The Interview.....
Because For Any Project Employee Hiring Process Is Interview When That Employee Qualified The Interview Than They Got The Project For Work.......

So Contact With Depart Head And Project Manager......

    All The Best

    Hello Friend...

At first congratzz for joining a new job. You are a fresher in your company, in the company it is too difficult to select project..
But if your base is strong and your estimate project is good then you may put your application on your seniors, they may
appreciate it.. But the chance is quite impossible...

    All the Best..

    Hi friend

Ya certainly freshers dont have much say in selection of their own projects but you will be given some project randomly..But i think you can surely do anything with your calibre plus with the help of your seniors you can certainly handle any kind of project..

If you get such a project of which you dont have any idea firstly you try to take the help of other members and your seniors and give your best shot..But even after that if you feel that you are not upto much good then you can write a letter to your management or HR that you want to get your project changed as you are comfortable and have more knowledge for the other one and want to do the best for your company...

But i think as a fresher this will be a bad mark on your image if you try to get your project changed and so it will be better if you give your best shot and i am sure you will succeed..

    Good luck..God Bless

Basically, there are lesser chances chances for this. There will so many leadears above you and basically you cannot overcome their decisions. If you are going into a newly established firm, you will get more freedom. There will be more communication eith you and you will have a beter control on the projects done over that firm.
