Is it possible that joining in a company can be denied after they have given the Appointment letter?

I have got through the interview in one of the MNC company and now waiting for the date to join, my question is will the company deny after they have given the appointment letter? I am afraid if they will do that because itís already 3 months since I have got the appointment letter. What can I do now?

    Dear Aspirant,

I think you have got the selection letter from the company. There are many steps to join the job in a company/organisation/office.

After getting your selection, you might have been given selection letter & after some time you will be given the offer letter which will contain the job description & package offer of salary. It will indicate to report to the company with all your certificates & other required documents on the specified date. After reporting there, you will have to get your certificates verified & will have to execute a bond with regard to terms & conditions of the service. Then you will join the job for which you will get your appointment letter.

After issuing of selection letter, the company may take time 6 to one year to get you the offer letter. So have your patience & wait to get your offer letter.Meanwhile be on trying for another job.You may get still better job.

Also you can contact the head office of the company & enquire of the issuing of offer letter in the selected MNC.you can contact either over mobile or send a mail.

    Thanks & good luck.

Three months is a long time.
In the Appointment letter normally the tentative Date of joining is mentioned.

In your case i would suggest that you should approach the HR of the company and aks them what is the current situation with regards to your joining.
Ask them specifically as to when they will let you join the company.
If they still say that it will take more time, than in that case i would suggest that you should start searching for a new job as well to be on a safer side.

    Hello,

    Congratulations for your job,

If you have got into a MNC and it is reputed then you dont have to worry about it.
    They wont refuse you.

If you have got the appointment letter then you are in the job and the company will not deny you your job.

generally some companies send you your appointment letter first and then they call for the joining.

So dont worry about it,Be patient and wait for the call from the company.

They will inform you the date and time of joining .

you can mail them and ask them about the joining date.

    Thank you

Hi..I dont think the company will deny you job once they have given you the appointment letter unless they have recently suffered some major setback in terms of financial position..

AS your appointment letter is already delayed you should approach the manager or HR of your company and ask them about the delay and when exactly you will receive your appointment letter..Also you can telephone the office if you dont want to go there all the way but its better if you go there yourself..

Hopiing they answer your query..Good luck.. THanks
