Is it possible to get the same project if I rejoin the company?

One year before I have quit the company which I was working and moved to some other company but now I really donít think that the present job is better than before. So I want to rejoin the company back again but my question is will it be possible to get the same project in the company if I rejoin? or they will put me in some new projects? Please provide me details regarding this.

    hello guest !!

first of all you should have decided before leaving your previous company.

because now there is doubt that weather they will keep you again or not because they want stable employee and you said yourself that you are not an stable employee.so first think of getting appointed in the company ant think of the project.

ok.if you are appointed in the company than i dont think that you will be given your previous project to you because thereare many people in your company to fulfill your place so i dont think you will be given same project.

    Hi friend,

Some companies maintains emplyees databases so that once left company won't be selected again. But most don't have like that. It depends on companies rules and regulations.

If you are selected for the previous company there is no thumb rule that you will be tagged to same project you worked earlier. They already found another resource to replace you.

    Hope this helps you.

    Regards,
    BSR.

    Dear Aspirant,

You should have judged well the new company where you joined later leaving a better company. In order to judge the company, you should have seen the working environment, financial position of the company, the market reputation of the company etc.

Now since it is one year passed away after your resignation from the previous company, some one might have been working in place of you & he/she might be performing well in the company. In such conditions,First of all getting job again in the previous company is not so easy & if you get your job in the said company, getting the same project is more difficult. However,if your past impression was so good & you had resigned well from the said company, you may be given the same oppotuinity, but it seems very difficult. You can try well by sending your mail or contacting the HR/M.D of the previous company.

Even if you are given the opportunity, you may be asked to give bond for your service. So be careful in doing all these things.

    Thnaks & good luck.

Instead of thinking about the project, i believe you should know whether the company will appoint you again. Because many companies does not appoint already left employees. Even for appointing you should note that there must be an vacant post as per your qualification. You have to convinance the manager, make him understand why you left the previous company . If he appoint you again, now giving back the same project which you were already doing, depends upon the decision taken by the companies officials.
