Is it possible to claim two months compensation to leave the company

I work for a well known company. Yesterday my manager called me up and mentioned they don't need my services any more. It is just two months back that I had joined this organization, and can I ask for two months compensation to leave the company. I do not have any job in hand. Can somebody guide me please.

Re: Is it possible to claim two months compensation to leave the company

    Dear friend,

Please go through the contract that is signed by you at the time of joining. there must have the clause or conditions to deal with situation. All companies have their own policy and set of rules which they follow.

Now if you havent be paid for the past two months you have worked for,you can discuss to get the compensation for it form your manager even if its not mentioned in the contract you signed. Please talk to the HR of the company and discuss your situation with him politely.

But I dont findit correct or feasible to claim salary for the months you are not going to work. That doesnt seem professional as well as feasible.

So so as per the situation bring good for you in future.

    Thanks
