    Is it possible to avail earned leave with in the notice period?

    Right now I have given the papers to get relieved from the company, so I have been informed that I need to do a 2 months notice period. My question is will it be possible for me to avail the earned leave with in the notice period? If so what should I do to apply for it? Kindly provide me the full information for it. Thanks.

    hello dearit is mandatory to provide a notice to concerned department for leaving the company before one month minimum from leaving.Because this notice period make enable to HR department for recruit a new candidate at the place of your.this notice period is also worthy to you because this time is mandatory for a company-to get experience letter-selary slipthese documents will be very help full to joining a new job.earned leave would be possible to you only in limited segment as a general employee get in working.you will also get selary for working in next one month.so you should expend one months more to leave it.best of luck
