    Poor judgement on the managerís part led to my downfall

    I am working in a software company. At the end of every year our manager evaluates every employee on the basis of his behaviour and performance. But this time the wrong judgement of my abilities by my manager led to my downfall and thus I didn't get my expected promotion. Now my reputation has gone down and I am really worried. How to get out of this situation?
