Are PhD candidates too been appointed according to experience?

PhD plays an important role in shaping one’s career. I am confused in one aspect that when a candidate successfully passes in all exams and holds the PhD degree, will he be treated same as other experienced PhD holders or he will be a fresher?

Re: Are PhD candidates too been appointed according to experience?

In respect to a job he will be considered as a fresher because PhD is a degree it is not an industrial/company experience.

Until and unless you start working in a company as an employee you won't be considered as an experience candidate.

Although PhD itself is a very high level degree so the career with respect to it is also very good.

If you are thinking for doing a PhD it is a good option as it will take your career to next level.
