PF deduction of more than 10 percent

Following by the protocol of the company, PF has been deducted from the salary structure. I have noticed that more than 15 per cent has been deducted for PF. As per my rank grading, 10 per cent deducted is authorized. Am I duped in the name of PF deduction?

    Dear aspirant,
You have to complain about your PF to HR or account department who are responsible for it with whatever you have proof and request him to give back what they have deducted extra money.if they refuse take some legal action.

    Hi aspirant

If more percentage of your salary has been deducted for PF than you think is authorized as per your grade then you should definitely take some action in this regard and not sit quietly in this manner. You should not let your company dupe you in the name of PF deduction and take unnecessary advantage of you in this manner. You should definitely take this matter to your HR department as they are responsible for such matters.

Tell your HR manager that more than 15% has been deducted from your salary as PF while according to your rank grading in the company and according to the company's policies you are authorized for only 10% deduction. In this way there has been some mistake on the part of accounts department and you hope that it is cleared soon and thus you are given your due soon . You request them to look into this matter as soon as possible and thus return the remaining salary to your account.

I am sure your HR manger will take care of this matter and thus you won't be facing any trouble. Good luck

Dear if the rule is for 10% deduction of PF from the salary then company should be at its rule and you are eligible to fight for justice because if you have calculated right that more than 15% part has been deducted from your salary on the name of PF then you should complain about it to the manager of your company because no one can tolerate this thing in professional life that somebody deduct amount and you will keep peace

You should take the slip of your ATM of available balance and for that you should get Mini Statement slip from the ATM card and go to the Accountant or HR Department of the company and respectively ask them about this issue that why did they deducted more than 15% as PF and also ask that is there any new rule implemented in the office that 15% PF will be deducted then HR manager will check the status of your payment and if found something wrong and technical issue then they will solve your query and if HR manager refuse your argument then you should go to the manager of the company

When you go to the manager then show them the slip and request to give you your amount back so Manager will check this situation and if there is something wrong in transaction then you will get your payment back and if manager say that you did something wrong this time that is why they deducted your amount more than decided so this will be your problem because sometimes companies deduct the salary of employees on being mistakes in some major work so you should take that matter solved and get your amount back

    All the best
