This is very important you to deduction a pf from your selary. You should maintane it regularly. Generaly provident fund has 12%of the total gross selary that you have expected.
*every registerd bussiness firm or company that is under 1956 act has the right to deduction the pf from workers selary.
*It will be very helpful in future when you will be retire or leave job then you will get a fund with all collections.
*as you can not save money on your depentant then it can do .
*any emergency or protocal you can use it for your better purpose.
*so dear leave this thought of deducting the pf.

Cool Re: Is PF deduction important from a small salary amount?

    Hi,

Most of the companies follow PF deduction procedures for the welfare of employees benefit

PF(Provident Fund) is deducted every month and finally settled after retirement

It is not possible to stop PF deduction through any means if it is followed by the company

Don't take it as a problem . However its your money and you will be getting that amount after retirement or when you leave the company

If PF needs to be deducted less or more , we can write letter and submit to the company and it will be processed

Mostly less deduction is not accepted . More amount deductions are welcomed

    Thanks !!!!

    Dear Aspirant,

It is not your choice to get deducted the amount for PF or not.

    It is compulsory.

It is the govt. rule called PF Act to deduct the amount monthly for PF.

It is in favour of you for future.

The fixed interest is paid year on the amount deducted from your salary.

You will have lumps of amount for future.Depending upon the deposited amount with interest, you will also be entitled to get pension after retirement.

You can get loan many times during your service period on the doposit with interest amount as per PF Act.

Also you will get rebate in IT as per section 80c of income tax.

    So nothing to worry.

If you are in badly need of money, see that minimum amount as per Act is deducted every month from your salary.

    ~Thanks.~
