Personal problems leading to a lot of distress and incompetence in my professional life.

I am working in a MNC. I have had a lot of personal problems to deal with in the last few months. This has led to a lot of distress and incompetence in my professional life as well. I am unable to concentrate on my work and my performance is going down. What to do in such a situation?

    DEAR,
Many ups and downs come in every ones life, those who can deal with them move forward, others continue to tackle with them.
Thus i may advise you to please try to solve your personal problem. They can be solved very easily if you talk about it to your family members, dear by conversation lots of problems can be solved easily and as it is your family matter hence you will get full support from your family also.
Till the time your family problems are getting solved, try to avoid taking the pressure of those with you at your work place.
Dear it is quite serious matter and you have to compromise with some thing or another at different time.

Just focus on the time and work at which you are present at a particular instant.

    Dear Friend,

Stress and tensions are not only harmful for your professional life but they have disastrous effect on your health and personal well being as well.

I would be surprised if you do not know its solution. Definitely there is only one solution for it and that is to reduce stress as much as possible and as fast as possible. You should take a break from your office for a few days and meditate. Think about yourself carefully and with cool mind. Analyse the root cause of your distress and all the possible causes for it.

Once you clearly understand the causes, you can work out the steps to reduce distress. If you are serious about it then I do feel that you will succeed in your endeavor. Let go of your ego and think of pragmatic solutions for every problem.

Once the distress reduces, everything will start to improve.

    All the best.
    Thank you.
