Penalty when resignation due to boss

I was working in some training centre where the boss was characterless. But when I got to know I started keeping distance from him. Knowing this he made such circumstances that I had to finally leave the job and went 3 months jobless. Are there any norms for penalty by the organisation of it found guilty?

No, there are no such norms for the penalty by the organisation.

You must try for another better job, you will surely get one, always think positively.

In the interview of the next job , you may be asked questions like why you resigned the last job.

You must be able to give a perfect faultless answer for this.

Sometimes speaking the truth in interview also helps to get a job.

    Good luck
