    Are Paralysed employees treated harassed?

I was chosen for a government job through a competitive exam. I was the first ranker all over country. But when I joined I came to know that no appreciation is there for a talent or intelligence, the world salutes you if you are attractive and stands on his own feet. I am paralysed by birth but is it my fault? People in my work place are not talking to me not having lunch with me as if they are treating me like an untouchable.

Don't think about others, moreover try to engage with the peoples whom you think are your good friends, either one or two, no matter as they are faithful to you. Rest things depends on the company harassment policies if there are policies, you can complain as per your RIGHT TO RESPECT

    Hello dear,
First of all, Congratulation for your job. Itís really sounds hard, that people behave with you like that.

But donít worry, in every company you have to face problem. Donít bother about the people. Do your job. One day, the same people who are underestimating you will understand your ability.

Remember one thing, when no one with you; then God will with you every time. Just have patience and do your work.

Hello dear I'am saddened to hear how you are treated, I vote against such practices and I believe there are many others who will vote against such attitudes.
Don't worry and don't lose heart because you are special, always remember that people are just jealous of your worth.
I believe you have the potentiality and you proved it by excelling in the competitive exam which is why your co-workers are jealous, so dont give them a chance to take away your specialty. I have come across people with discriminating attitude and it is so discouraging but if you have self-confidence, faith and commitment towards your work you can overcome this.

I wish the higher authority would take such matters into hand and consider discrimination of physically challenged employees as a serious crime.
Don't give up on yourself because there are people out here who know your worth and respect your talents.

    Hi,

First of all I would like to tell you that you please don't get upset with this environment. If really you have true friends over there then whatever you feel share with them. I can understand your situation and concern, but you will take all these things on your heart, then it would get harmful for you only.It will impact your health.

The peoples around you behave like this, never can do respect of anyone. These kind of guys would be similar to all. They always think that they are superior. You just concentrate on your work and be with only your true friend, who understand you and your feelings.

So don't think about it, ignore it and be happy.

Congratulations for the new job but sad to hear these kind of behaviour from other employees of the government department. You must concentrate on your work only and work hard and get promoted to higher position then only they will respect your knowledge. You must not lose your self confidence and dedication towards work as it may affect your work. If you having good friendship with any employee, try to build it up, so that you won't feel being alone in the work area. You can also register a complaint against the employees to the head of your department for the improper behaviour, so that he can take the action against them and support you for the same. Best of luck .

Hi..This is certainly wrong on the part of your employees if they are treating you in such a way..They should be afraid of God atleast and not treat someone inhumanly..So i think they are certainly wrong and as you are right you should not feel inferior..

Firstly a BIG Congratulations for your achievement..Not many people can do a thing like this..So you should be proud of your intelligence and not hesitate or feel inferior..

The world certainly appreciates such talent and recognizes your worth..Your colleaugues are certainly fools who cant see your real worth and thus are only basing their opinins on some shallow points..

    Be proud of yourself..Good luck
