Owner of the private school that I am working with ill treats the teachers and it is against my ethics

I work as the Principal of a private school. The owner of the school only looks at everything from the business point of view. He ill treats the teachers and I do not find it ethically correct. I have told him to be polite with them but he doesn’t understand. What can be the best possible way to make him understand the importance of the teachers?

    Hello,

Gone are those days of ethics and integrity, the present era is dominated by money. Education system has transformed into a money making business. There is no place for healthy environment, affectionate behaviours of teachers towards their students and free and fair administrative system. Very few schools are there in India where you will find the above mentioned qualities.

It is quite clear that owener of your school is business man and like all business man he knows only profit and loss. You should talk to him and try to explain the present situation to him. Teaching is a very noble profession and he has to respect that. He has to right to ill treat the teachers. You have no other option but to talk. But I am not sure wheather people like him ever understand these issues at all. Best of luck to you.

    Bye,

Why does the owner interrupt when you as a principal are holding the responsibility to handle the teachers and all their good qualities and flaws as well?

This has to be rectified any ways!!

Talk to him once more and this time begin very craftly.. just tell him that his behavior is not acceptable and he must be in humanity while talking to the teachers as these teachers are the base of this institutions who impart their knowledge to the students. Moreover all these teachers are good at their academics and as well as their teaching profession and they teach good in the class. there are as such no complaints from the parent sides as well.

If out of this rugged behavior a few teacher would leave the school then it would surely be a great loss to the school in terms of the lose of classes till anew teacher is been recruited plus there would be an adverse effect on the reputation of the school.

Try and explain all these aspects of this situations and convince him talk in humanity and politely . i am sure this will find an effect on him!

    Thank you

As you aforesaid that he's a owner of the corporate then you ought to ensure that to not place your leg within the matter as a result of if he unwell treats the lecturers then he would possibly sleep with with you furthermore mght thus higher to remain away of those things as a result of this can be the matter of owner .
You have mentioned that he ne'er hear you whereas you say him that lecturers area unit vital if he realise that teacher area unit a great deal helpful in any college then he won't try this quite behaviour once more thus this he can recognize once he won't realize one teacher for his organisation to figure with thus leave that person in his own manner as a result of he won't hear anybody World Health Organization is attempting to show hima as he hatesteachers.
you can additionally do one factor that specify him that lecturers area unit progressing to leave thee company owing to your behaviour with them, afterward he can assume once whereas oral communication something wrong with the workers.
Better to remain away of of these things as a result of he won't hear you until the time he himself not notice that he's doing unhealthy with the teacher within the organisation.
Owners area unit house owners if you are trying to show them then they're going to teach you that what's your position within the company thus you would like to debate before explaining him the importance of the corporate.

If you have tried to make your owner about it and he is unable to listen to you and anyone else then you have no way to make him understand because you are right that he is thinking only from the business point of views and he will never listen to you all because he thinks that employees working in his school are like people hanging out here and there and he does not respect you too because you suggested for his right but did not understand so money is everything for the owner of your school and you are the principal so he must have listen to you at once but did not so this shows that he does not care about anyone except money and business that is why you do not need to be polite with him too

Whenever owner comes to school then you should talk to him that teachers are requesting me to discuss you about your behavior with the teachers because this is making them frustrated and felt that they are working in a private school where no respect for teachers and if they had got a job in government school then they would have definitely be respected by entire locality and administration that is why I request you to change your behavior and make it police and candid to all

If your boss does not understand then call all the teachers and make a plan according to which teachers will resign from the school and their only demand is that the owner of the school should make some changes and be polite with all of them otherwise they all will resign soon and make some resignation letters of all teachers and get signed and you should go yourself to show these letters to owner and when he will see that all the faculties are going to leave the school and they want this change in my behavior then your owner will think about the business first because if teachers will leave then it is not easy to teach all the students without teachers and also hire new teachers to teach them that is why when he will feel that he is going to get under a big loss so he will come to the school and meet with all the teachers and may be that he say sorry and if he do not say sorry then no problem but you should request all the teachers that they make him promised to not behave the same again in future and he will stop doing this

    All the best

    Dear Aspirant,

The teachers must be respected by all if the characters of the teachers are good.In order to teach a lesson to the owner of the school, convene a meeting with all the teachers, discuss the matter & if there is a consent to protest the ill behaviour of the owner, get a joint representation/petition signed by all the teachers & hand it over to the owner of the school.Mention clearly that it is seen that "we are being ill treated with you,for which we feel very sorry & don't expect such behaviour from a person like you.So I request not to have such inferior feeling against us.If the situation continues,We will jointly take the matter to the CJM for sefe guard of respect & our services.

You may notice a drastic change in his behaviour, because every one has to go as per the constitution of India.

    Thanks & good luck.
