Our team leader is acting like a coward and putting the whole blame regarding the failure of our project, on me and my colleague

I am working in a software company. Our team could not complete our project successfully this time due to several mistakes made by our team leader. But he is such a coward that he is not ready to accept his mistake and has put the whole blame on me and one of the other members. How to seek justice in such a situation?

If your team could not complete the project then it is the failure of all the team members.you will get success when all the team members work with a single aim then you will complete the project soon. But if there is no co-ordination in you then you can't achieve your success.so,with out any fail coordinate the team members first and achieve success.so,don't keep any thing in your mind and work hard........all the best

    Dear Aspirant,

It is actually happening in the professional life. The senior & superior gets credits in case of success & they give blame to juniors in case of failure. So need not worry.Whenever you are asked for an explanation, you should reply the same facts which actually happened previously.

Also,if you are feeling uneasy, you should meet the manager HR & report the same matter so that you may be same in future. You can also have a meeting with all other members & draw a common proposal to be signed by all the members.Proposal should contain the same facts which actual happened. This will safe you,if you are fixed responsible for failure.

    Thanks & good luck.
