    Our manager is falsely accusing some of the employees

    I am working in a MNC. Our manager is a good person but recently I donít know what has happened to him. In the past 3 days he has called 4-5 employees to his cabin and has falsely accused them for the things which they havenít done.How to deal with him?

    Such things do happen sometimes with many of the employees in various firms but you should make it a point not to give up in such situations and thus fight them bravely. Your manager is definitely doing the wring thing by falsely accusing his employees of the things which they haven't done at all. I don't know what his motive maybe but he surely does have some motive behind this. He maybe doing it in order to save his skin or for some selfish reason of his own.

    Your colleaugues should definitely not withstand such injustice and should try and prove themselves innocent so that they are not punished for something which they haven't done. They should gather evidence which will prove their innocence and also make your manager realise that what he has done is definitely wrong and that he should have not done such a thing being at such a high and responsible position.

    The employees should first talk with the manager. They should all go together and tell him that they haven't done anything of the sort for which he is accusing them. He should not put such false allegations against them without any concrete proof. They have noticed that he used to be such a nice person but from the past few days he had completely changed and now is putting false allegations against many of his employees. He should stop doing all this and should revert back to his previous good nature otherwise he will lose all his respect which he has gained in the past few years. Also if he doesn't stop it , they will be forced to report to the higher authorities.

    I am sure your manager will be ashamed of himself and thus will surely improve his behaviour from now on. But if he doesn't you should definitely gather all the evidence in your favour and report your higher authorities to prove your innocence . Thejn I am sure your manager will also learn his lesson and hopefully this will be good for both your and his future.

    There is no exact procedure or steps to deal with these sort of situations.Manager must have been provided with some external informations by someone on the basis of which he must have accused them.The accused employees can only defend themselves showing enough proof by any means and at any cost.Otherwise they will remain tagged with such false accusations.Again there are no definite method,try to be focused at your work,you never know what situation you have to face.
