Our lunch hour is used for presentations which messes up with my diabetic meal schedule

I am a type two diabetic and therefore have to take my meals on time. My team leader is aware of my condition, however in our office lunch hour is used for presentations and most of the time I am not able to take my meals on time which messes my sugar level. I have told this to my team leader but she choses to ignore my requests. What should I do?

hello questionerAs far as I am concern that healthy life is the primary goal of any person so you should attend it on any rate. You can survive even have not money but if you are total healthy. If your employer know about your conditions then she should care it being a human.you should write a note and receive to her. After this you should wait for it something two or three days .If result is coming into your favor then very good if it is slipping from you then resigning is the last and appropriate decision.because legacy will take more time to your favor so you should switch the job immediately.thank you very much for asking your problem.

Remaining healthy is the primary objective of life.So you should take care of your health and thus have to solve this problem as fast as possible for your betterment. It is sad to know that the team leader is not responding to your problem. You should take certain steps to solve your problem.

-First get an appointment from your team leader.
-Discuss the entire problem with her.
-Explain her your problems and its negative aspects on you and your work.
-Try to make her understand the importance of solving your problem.
-Request her to solve this as fast as possible.
-You may suggest certain alternatives like shifting you to some other work, etc if she asks for.
-Request for cooperation from her and assure her your cooperation towards her through your work.
-If you get positive response, then alright otherwise approach higher authority.
-If still nothing is done, then go for switching of job to another company.
