Our boss has a very bad habit of exploiting the freshers and overburdening them with work

I am working in a MNC. Our boss has a very bad habit of exploiting the freshers and he always overburdens them with work. They all look so scared and I feel pity for them. This has been happening for so many years. What to do to stop such a wrong practice?

Re: Our boss has a very bad habit of exploiting the freshers and overburdening them with work

Well according to me if you like to teach the freshers then you need to be like that only because freshers do not know anything about the works, those who are interested in work ask for the problems to solve but those who are introvert never ask anything from others so boss always try to make the introvert into extrovert because if you are introvert then you cannot survive in the company as its the rule of any of the organisation.
So by giving the work to the employees of the company makes them to do that work in any ways or they need to ask it from seniors or by the colleagues it their duty , so saying that its an exploitation i will totally disagree because till the time fresher dont know how to work then they will suffer a lot in the future so the boss is only thinking for their future, whatever they think he has nothing to do with it because one day they need to work for other company.
If they give the experience of your organisation over there then you are representing that company and what you have learnt over there is very much important.
So its very much important to give the freshers as much as possible so that when they leave the company they will not make the companyies name invain.
