Our boss is allowing only one of our teamís members to take leave for a few days

I am working in a software company. We are a team of 10 members working on a particular project. Actually 3 of us want to take a few days leave at the same time so our boss is allowing only one of us to take the leave and the other 2 have to sacrifice their plans. What can be done in such a situation so that each of us get their due?

    Hello Aspirant,

It seems all of you have planned to enjoy some picnic. That is why all of you want to go on leave together for few days.Or you have planned not to cooperate your boos to complete the project in time.See completion of the project in time is more important for your boss.It seems there is short time left to complete the project which is more important. You can not claim as a matter of right to avail your leave together. If all of you have got urgent work with its proof, you can claim to go on leave otherwise it is up to desecration of your boss to sanction your leave together or not, because there is some another authority to ask your boss for any thing.

So request & convince your boss & get your leave sanctioned.

    Good luck.

    Hello,

I think your boss is some what biased towards this particular person. It is really unfair that one person is given priviledge to take leave while the other two members are deprieved from taking leave. The person who is given such priviledge has to be a favourite of your boss. That is why he has been given the leave. While you two are not that favourite of your boss, that is why you are under priviledged. The only why to get the leave is to convince your boss that he should consider the same for you two.If he gets convinced, then well and good, otherwise there is no other option.
