There are various Options other than BBA or BBS which you can pursue after 12th Commerce-
- Bachelor of commerce i.e B.com course.
- Charatered accountant (CA) course which is a professional course which is conducted by ICAI.
- You can also pursue company secretary (CS) course which is organised by ICSI.
- Cost and work accountant (CWA) course organised by ICoAI.
- Hotel management course.
- Bachelor of Computer applications (B.C.A) if you had a mathematics subject in class 12th.
After completing your 12th with Commerce stream you can study the below apart from BBA or BBM
>> CA- Chartered Accountancy You can enrol for the first stage that is CPT
>> CS-Company Secretary Course- You can enrol for the Foundation Stage
If you are doing any of the above two courses than you can also enrol for doing B.COM

B.Com is best option for you if you don't want go for BBA or BBS.As you said that you have done your 12th with commerce stream,So last option for you left with B.Com.There are lot of job opportunity after B.Com.

if you want to go for lectureship after post graduation,you must 55 % marks in post graduation degree & compete the NET,National Eligibility Test which is conducted by University Grants commission twice in a year one in June & another in December.
If you want to do C.A,you should compete CPT in the same of passing the 12th exam.CPT,common proficiency Test is a entry level test being conducted by ICAI .You can know in details about the course from the respective websites such as www.icai.ac.in etc.
So need not worry & you can choose the course as per your choice.

As you said that you have complete 12th in the commerce stream,then B.Com is best option for you if you don't want to do BBA/BBS.Actually there is good scope after B.Com,and you are left only with this option .After B.Com you have good scope of job in banking sector and as accountant in the company.
While taking admission in the B.Com, one thing remember that prefer those universities which have A++ ranking in best B-SCHOOL and have expert faculties who provides the practical as well as theoretical knowledge to students.There are some universities which are good enough for management studies..
