    One of the staff badly got beaten by a group of staff member

    Ours a welding machine manufacturing company. A new employee had joined to the plant. Few of the workers who are very outrageous had some argument with this new employee and beat him very badly. He has been hospitalized. What action can be taken against this group of people?

    Dear friend,

    If this case was limited to arguments only then there were no need of taking any strict action, but as you said that group of employees have beaten an employee I would suggest you to issue termination letter against the accused employees and lodge FIR against them as a company should not tolerate any violent actions. After lodging FIR then the matter will be handled by the local police and nothing more have to done by the companies end.

    Dear, asker first of all see the reason of argument with that employee if the employee argument with other employees is not good then left for doing further action. If he has been bitten without any reason the comany can eliminate that employees and lodge a FIR against them after that all the matter will be handle by the police, and company can provide that employee with medical benefits as fit for employees.

    This really bad thing to beat a anyone. Because violent not good for human being. if they only argument with each other then there is no problem and no strict action can take against them just a warning works there but you said a group of worker beat an employee these thing not good and out off limitation.

    And the worst thing is that a new employee is in hospital, you should take a strict action against a group. I suggest you to give them termination letter and file a FIR against them as a company should not tolerate this actions and worst thing. And after file a FIR leave it on police they handled it well.

    And you should help to him who got injured and if you have power then give him benefit according to serious situation.

    this is a serious matter. your seniours have konw about it or not?

    If not so tell them.

    that its wrong to beat anyone like this.

    you have to make complaint aginst them infront of your boss.

    then boss will take action against them.

    if boss refused to do anything go for a legal action.

    This is absolutely wrong , violence should not be allowed in company premises or other places also.

    You must complain about this to your boss , he will surely take steps against the staff members.

    They should be fired for such cruel behavior in the company.

    A police case FIR can be filled against them, so that they do not repeat it again.

    A strict action is necessary against such workers, otherwise the company may suffer by losing other employees.
    And as consequencies new employees will also not join your company.

    Hence take a strict decision against such violence.

    Respected sir it is really sorry to say but I would say that this all done because of you due to the lack of management shown by the manager or boss because if manager will not be strict as per the rules then what would happen with employees only you can imagine that is why you just need to analyze in yourself that everything happened because of you and you have to do something so no one could ever do the same in your company

    Before taking any action against the group you should take care for the victim who have got beaten brutally by that group and you should go to the hospital and meet him and ask about the health status and if you will financially support him at this stage then he will never forget your obligation and this is the right time when you can prove that you are the best manager of your company ever that is why go to the hospital daily and do not call to him about health and if you will meet then it will be great for you and him too

    Do not say anything to that group who was involved in this brawl and wait for the recovery of that employee who is hospitalized and when he get recovered then you should suggest him to take rest for a long time according to the instructions of doctors and do not forget to give him salary of that month because he got beaten due to your bad management so this will show how careful you are ! towards your employees then you should take that group on the line

    Make some termination letters of all those employees who beat him badly and you should call them all in your cabin and sign at the termination letter and mention the cause that employees was involved in the fight and beat a person very badly who is struggling for life so this will be clear from your side and not case can be filed against your company by any terminated employee and when they come then you should give them their termination letters

    They will ask for the reason then you should be strict and say that you have hired some other experts who can work better than you all and will never behave like you with anyone so they will understand their mistake at that time and say sorry to you then you should not forgive and give them a choice that you all should say sorry to that employee then he will take decision for your termination in this company and whatever he will suggest will be followed by the management so they will feel guilty that they have done something which should not be happened in the company and request you to not terminate

    Call to that employee and ask about health and then mention about your new plan and take his suggestion in front of all those employees and follow whatever he suggest and if he say that do not terminate anyone then you should accept but you should be strict and do not forget to cut their salary of month because without punishment they will never understand so this is your right and no one can say anything against this and clearly say to everyone that if anyone do the same then finally he will be terminated and nothing will be heard from that side

    If you feel bad for the staff member who was beaten by other staff members then first talk to your higher authorities about it.They may take some strict action.If this doesn't help then lodge a FIR without hesitating.Never tolerate any violence in the workplace and always stand against it.Ask other employees also to cooperate with you.Staying united will make the violent groups hesitate to further beat any other staff members.

    If possible try to take video of the situation from distance without the knowledge of those rude persons because they may injure you if you go against them.So,try to be smart and see htat they do not repeat the mistake again.
    After taking the video then try to provide it to your head of the company and expalin the full situation and then your problem can be solved if he od not solves your problem then provide the same video to the police men then definitely you can get your problewm solved.
