One of my colleagues in a government organisation is very underrated

I am working in a government organisation. There is one employee in our company who is very underrated . He always does better than most of the employees but never gets rewarded in a justifiable way. He is not the one who will raise his voice against this. I really want to help him. Please guide me in the right direction.

Dear if you want to guide that person about this issue then you have took a very good issue or task in your life because if you will raise your voice for someone then someone will also be there for you to raise their voice for you that is why humanity is the best in the world and first of all you should think that you are working in a government organization and there are very less chance to be rewarded in the government firms and if you had worked in private company then you would have definitely be rewarded for your work and government employees does not get promotion and hikes in the salary until the government pass the bill for this and order for the promotion and transfers of the employees and if he works hard in the organization then he will definitely be rewarded for his work because government and higher authorities always keep sharp eye on the performance of every single employee in the organization so you do not need to worry about this because they will get whatever they deserve but it may take a long time and now you should think about your own performance

You may suggest it to the higher authorities and request then to keep prize or reward program at the occasion of either Independence day or Republic Day and celebrate it with all employees working in the organization and management should arrange a program and keep a prize for those who performs and works best in the company and I am sure that if you will take help of your manager and colleagues then authorities may consider something good about it

    All the best

    Hi aspirant

Its good to see you having so much concern for one of your colleagues. Rarely do one comes across such a quality in people now-a-days and its good that you have it. You should definitely try to help your colleague get out of his shell and thus raise his voice against the injustice being done to him. I think he himself needs to do something and your aim should be to motivate him as much as you can and encourage him to fight for his rights.

Tell him that you have been noticing that he works extremely hard and but does not get duly rewarded for his hard work. He never even says anything regarding this. This is certainly not fair and you want him to talk to the manager and tell him his worth. He should not let people take undue advantage of his innocence and fight for his rights. You are by his side and will definitely help him as much as you can. You hope that he will do something in this regard.

I am sure this will motivate him and then he will surly raise his voice against such injustice. Good luck and thanks
