One of the employees showing off his personal laptop

I am working in a private firm. Our company has a strict policy according to which the company provides its employees with laptops and no employee is allowed to bring his personal laptop to the workplace. But one of the employees, who is very close to the boss has recently brought his personal laptop to the office and is showing it off to every employee. Now this is not fair at all. How to deal with such bias?

    Hi aspirant

I am sure that rules should be equal for everyone and no one has the right to break such rules, even if he is your boss's favourite. You should definitely raise your voice against such injustice and should not let that employee take undue advantage of his relation with the boss in this manner. You should go to the boss and complain against that employee. also take some other employees with you so that your complaint looks more effective.

Tell your boss that your company has the rule of not allowing the employees to bring their personal laptops to the workplace. but recently one of the employees has been breaking this rule and has been showing off his personal laptop to one and all. He is doing this on the basis of his good relations with you. So you hope that he will look into this matter and will punish him for breaking the rules of the company in this way. You hope that peoper justice will be done in this case.

I am sure that your boss will definitely listen to you.Good luck and thanks

    hi
if he's close to your boss then it is very difficult to stop him because in this bad world, once who have the power often use it in an adverse way for the favourites. all you can do is that you can bring your laptop too along with you and if any questions are raised against you that why you have bought this then you should point your finger to that guy who is actually bringing it in the office
