    One of the employees is an expert in creating stories about others

    I am working in a government organisation. There is one employee in our organisation who is expert in creating false stories about other employees and thus spreading the same. We have complained against him many times to the manager but without any results. How to deal with such a situation?

    such crooks will remain crooks until they are given a taste of their own medicine . since most of the employees know that he creates false stories nobody will tend to believe him but a false rumour about him will be something that everyone would believe to be true. even if this doesnt workout a face to face confrontation asking him politely to stop the nonsense should help. however even if this course of action doesnt work and even the manager has failed at task in the hand its better to avoid such a person and treat him as a joke in the office until he himself starts to feel embarrassed of the stories that he has been creating!! good luck

    Hello Aspirant,

    As it is not possible to have the same nature as of others.

    There are persons having different nature.The person is recognised in society with his nature,behaviour,health,education,caste,locality,w ealth etc.

    If person bevaiour is not normal,he/she is treated as abnormal & in this case the other people starts discarding such peole & lastly they are set aside from the society.

    So in this case you need not worry much & look after your health,duty & resposibility.

    Hello,

    You should talk to him and request him to change his behaviour. If he does not
    listen then it is better to ignore such person. As you are aware of the fact that
    the person makes flase stories about other's so you all know his habbits very well.
    So don't pay him any attention at all.

    Dear Aspirant,

    See truth is truth & false is false which can not be replaced by each other.So when you know well that the particular employee is keen & interested in creating a false story about others,you need not care of his words.If all the employees starts discarding his words & if he is replied by other employees for the same ,he may realize his position & may modify his behaviour.So need not worry for him.Be in contact with genuine colleagues & concentrate on your work & career.

    There are different kinds of employees & by nature all of them differ in their look,capability,height,health & others.So need not worry for others.Help others in need.

    these people should not be cared and if they create stories about you or your co-workers then you need to collectively single out him in front of others... if you repeated fail in getting results after complaining about his stupid nature, then its very important that you single him out and make fun of him and create a impression on him that he is nothing but a stupid story teller.. don't mingle with him at least don't discuss any important issues... boycott him always... this matter should be dealt with you all who are the victims of his story telling... make him a bad person and tell every one about his deeds.... if he is a human he is then he will ashamed of his work and deeds that are useless and worst part of a human......

    HI friend i know their are some of the employee in all company whose work is to create a false stories for the innocent employee. what you have to do is that you all are gather a place and call to the and politely said to him/her that please stop doing this type of stupidity in office please don't create a bad whether in office. your are not a permission to judge any of the employee in our company. and creating a false rumors again her/him. otherwise it will create a big problem for you also because we all got a complain against to any send it to the higher authority of our company so it's better be you that stay out of it..
