    Is it OK to ask about the reimbursements to my Manager? Will it create a bad impression of me to the Manager?

    I want to know if it will be OK to ask about the reimbursements to my Manager? or Will it create a bad impression of me to the Manager? I have some medical bills and other things to be reimbursed but for that Manager approval is needed am just afraid if that will create some bad impression about me being new to the company.

    Hello dear,it is always bad to ask about these things to your manager.It will give a bad impression of yours in front of your manager.

    You should ask and inform everything abour your salary and increment or even about reimbursements to your company HR .He or she will definately help you about all your problems because it is their job.It is very bad manner to ask about these to your manger in the corporate world.

    So do what i have said and all the best to you.

    Hi friend,


    I hope Medical Reimbursements is not related for manager approval

    Only project related travel , weekend work reimbursements requires manager approval

    Please check with your company helpdesk for details regarding this

    If manager approval is needed , there is nothing wrong in asking that to him

    Everybody is the employee of the organisation . So learn to be practical follow company ethics .

    Dont fear about manager or HR . Talk boldly for your requests .

    There wont be substitute for asking your queries to manager

    Unless you talk , you cant shine in any sector

    Submit proper medical proofs along with your manager approval to the Claim desk

    If proofs are valid , medical expenses amount is processed and granted to you

    Dear Aspirant,

    First of all enquire of the matter whether you are entitle to get the reimbursement of the related expenditures & what the manager heas to do with that.Anyway,Being an employee,you should not have any fear for your right.only thing you need manner of contact.Each & every employee bears responsibility in the organisation.I think your related bill to be submitted to the head of the organisation through the manager & it will move to account section for sanctioning & reimbursement either through your manager or directly in account section.Meet the manager boldly to meet out requirement with a good manner.He will be happy to help you.

    Hi,

    Medical reimbursement doesn't require manager's approval.And its not good to ask him also since he would be having hell lot of other work and he might get irritated.

    you can talk about this to your company wividus or H.R department who will be able to help you out with this.

    And never get afraid for these things your no more a student.

    If you have right the you can surely ask no matter whether your new to company or old .

    Ask or speak out boldly if you have rights.

    Yes, there is no problem in asking about reimbursements to Manager.
    Tell him the reasons why you need these reimbursements.He will definitely consider.

    It is nothing serious which would create a bad impression.

    Hi. I dont think you need to be afraid of asking for reimbursement to your Manager because whatver was written in your agreement when you joined the company is applicable and if reimbursement of medical bills is one you should certainly go for it and not feel afraid. It will certainly not create any bad impression on your manager.

    Rather you should work hard and not fall short of company's expectations of you. Be fully comitted and your work will speak for your.

    After all manager is your colleague we should not think the man beyond of our planet.he/she is my dear so at leisure mood you can ask the manager about the reimbursements of medical bill.you are not wrong you also an employee get the idea may be useful also to you in future.again it will serve as gk somebody may ask what is about your medical facility you avail.as an employee you are to answer this smartly.

    So it is your illusion boss will not take any kind of bad impression about your asking.rather he/she will appreciate you as you keep in mind about him/herself.

    Hey

    See its a professional world so dont think about mixing emotion into it. You company has the policy of reimbursements and you are given the heads up that you can use this to take care of your medical expenses.

    You can ask your manager regarding the same and ask him to sign the documents so that you get the medical expenses. Be straight forward and polite. Its not that he will say no he might ask you some questions that it.

    And their is nothing like bad impression for this. Its absolutely normal.

    don't worry if you have provision to get reimbursement to some medical bills and other things relating to office work and personal expenses then you need to surely ask for it there is nothing to be afraid if you have the provision then use it its ok this will not create any bad impression but don't go for small expenses which are managable by you.. only when there is lot of expenses which are also under limit that are reimbursed.. there is limit upto which an employee is given reimbursement don't worry this will be ok..

    Hi Dear,

    Reimbursements are our salary components and salary is the reward that we get for our service to our firms which in fact is our right. There is no harm in getting our bills reimbursed and if it requires your manager's approval, then you must take his approval to get the amount reimbursed.

    In fact, if you leave the amount and hesitate to get the bills reimbursed, you would be making a fool of yourself and you would be a loser as that amount is your money and nobody leaves his/her money in todays professional world.

    So, be a smart professional and first talk to the accounts department for the procedure to get your bills reimbursed and then if required, talk to your manager for his approval also. He would approve your bills without thinking much about such petty things.
