Office decorum disturbed due to brawl

A group of male colleagues indulge in post office hours beer sessions. My boss is on leave and as an officiating one, I have always warned them of the consequences. Recently, there was a brawl inside the office premises which lead to damage of office property. What should I do to put across complain?

Re: Office decorum disturbed due to brawl

    Hi friend

It is definitely wrong on the part of your colleagues to practice such behaviour at their workplace without realising its consequences. They should definitely have more sense than that and should be mature enough to resist themselves from indulging in such behaviour especially at their workplace. And in any case they shoould not break the company's rules and regulation as they know that they have to pay for it later on. If inspite of having all this knowledge they are still indulging in such a behaviour , then its a shame on them and you should certainly complain against them to your boss.

Now not only would they be punished for indulging in brawl inside office premises but also for damaging office property. As an officiating head, while your boss is on leave, its your duty to compalain against them to the higher authorities or to your boss, if you have any means to communicate with him, and get them punished immediately for their misbehaviour and for indulging in such kind of negative things .

Tell your boss or your senior officials that some of youer collleagues were found indulging in post office beer sessions. You warned them regarding its consequences but they didn't listen to you. As a result one fine day, there was a brawl inside the office premises which lead to dmage of office furniture. So you want to know that what action should be taken against them so that they don't indulge in such things in future and learn a lesson for the rest of their lives which will also be beneficial for their future.

I am sure your boss or your senior officials will tell you what to do and thus guide you in the right direction as for the punishment given to them. Once they get a severe punishment they will surely not indulge in such behaviour again as they would definitely learn their lesson and that also the hard way . Plus it will be good for their future too as they will learn to behave themselves from now on and thus show more progreess.

I hope you understand my point.good luck and Thanks
