Not given due leave and now boss is not signing on leave encashment documents

Our office has a policy on leave encashment which is indeed very convenient. This year I did not get the leave due to me and now my boss is not signing leave encashment documents saying that it is my fault that I did not go on leave.

    Hi,
You may try speaking to HR section of your company or you may talk to some senior who can convince your boss.
You may also try talking to your boss when you finish some of your job, because that time your boss will be happy and may consider signing your leave encashment form.
    Good luck.

Dear if you have committed any mistake in the office then this is because of you and when you have done mistake then you must be apologized on this because your boss said that this is your fault and because of your mistake, you are not being approved to go on leaves and you will have to fill the complete blank that you have made in the work and until you will complete the work or target, your boss will not allow you to go outside of the company and if you want to get leaves then you should go to your boss and say sorry to them about your mistake what you have done before and also tell them that you are really worried about the work and wants to complete that before going to outside and if you complete the work on time and according to the required dates then your boss will definitely sign the at paper of your leave and you will be considered as responsible employee in the company but if you do not ask for anything from your boss and do not show your candidness then you may spoil your image in the company and your boss will never allow you for leaves that is why you should be modest and disciplined and just think about your future in that company and obey your boss then get leaves

    All the best
