Dear candidate always remember transfer case is very sensitive, you are trying to come back at your home town Delhi from Nagpur. What are the reasons of not getting transfer you are to think first, then take viable actions for the purpose.

1.Private firm has recruited you for to do work at Nagpur not for Dlhi.

2.Pvt.firms need for Nagpur so it is not possible for the firm to transfer you only on the basis of your own choice.

3.They will see option who have placed first, joining date, priority etc,and posting will be done aaccordingly,no partiality should take place as far as the employees transfer issue is concerned.

so friend you can ask the authority about your urgency/priority if any and possibility of any chance in the near future(present status) etc.

    Thank you,

    Hi aspirant

Getting transfer is not such an easy process and most of the companies dont give you a transfer that easily. You have to really have a strong base to get a transfer from here like a medical ailment. Other than the medical reasons , most reasons are not considered as strong for getting you a transfer. So you should not worry about this and thus keep heart. You should keep on trying and i am sure you will certainly get a transfer one time or the other. This process and rules are very strict everywhere and so you cant do much about changing them.

So your best shot is to go to your manager and keep on talkling to him from time to time. Tell him that you are not able to adjust to the working conditions here and thus want a transfer from here to your hometown in Delhi. This is even affecting your working performance which is decreasing quite conspicuously. You have been trying from the past 2 years but haven't received a satisfactory reply till now. So please request your manager to look into this mattere and to help you get a transfer as you really want to give the best to this company.

I am sure your manager will understand you and do what is possible in his power. Good luck friend

    Hey!
Your plight is understandable. It does get difficult to adjust away from your town. But at the same time issues like transfer take a lot of time. These issues do not see any outcome in a short duration of time. They are time consuming and at the same they also depend on the availability of any vacancy in the firm in Delhi. Only when there is any vacancy in the firm in Delhi will there be a scope for your transfer.

You should keep in touch with your manager and put forward your plight in front of him. You should tell him that due to family reasons you need to return to your hometown. You should also tell him that since you haven't been able to adjust in these surroundings you are not able to deliver your best to the organization. You should put forward your plight in a very convinving way and make sure that your manager is really tring his best to help you get transfered.

At the same time you should keep in touch with the office in Delhi so that incase any employee is leaving his/her job and there is a vacancy created then you can be the first applicant to be considered for the same. This will help you be aware and at the same time get a transfer as soon as possible. You should keep in mind that you have to show patience. Nothing will happen overnight.

Incase your homesickness is so extreme that you are simply not able to adjust then you should look for a job in some other firm in Delhi itself. Delhi is a city of opportunities and also at a time when the building session is in a bloom you will definitely get a job there very soon. Do not lose hope and keep trying. Everything will work in your favour. All the best!

    Hi friend

You should have some good ground for getting your transfer otherwise your company will not be interested in giving you a transfer. You should have by now learnt that getting a transfer is really so hard these days and so you should either have some approach from a friend or relative or should be able to produce a medical certificate to get your transfer on health issues. Ofcourse I would not advice you to do something illegal and thus get yourself into trouble for the same.

But if you really want the transfer so bad and have been trying for the past 2 years without success, and also have no medical grounds for the same, then I think the best option for you would be to get some approach from your friend or relative who is a common relation of your manager and thus try to persuade your manager to give you a transfer. Then your manager will also agree with that person . Your problem will be solved easily and you wont have to wait for such a long time to get a transfer on genuine grounds. So this is certainly your best shot. Also try and maintain good relations with your manager and thus remain in his good books so that he will have no reason to hold a grudge against you.

I hope you get my point friend. Get your transfer soon as in this way you will keep on thinking about it and thus not concentrating on your work which will cause a decrease in your performance.

    Good luck and God Bless
