Not getting the job that I was promised prior to the start of my training

I was promised by the company that at the end of the training period of 6 months, I would be offered a job in the company itself. The only condition was good performance during the training. I did perform very well but now the company is refusing to employ me. Is there any action that I can take against the company?

    Hi,

You can report the case in the Laborer's Forum.
But before doing this,I will suggest you to once again go to the office and warn them that if they don't give you the job, then you'll report this issue in the court.
If they agree to give you a job, then it's fine.
But if they don't,then go ahead and lodge a complaint against the company of duping you from the job that they has promised earlier!

    Bye!

    Hi buddy

Your company should keep its promise and thus should employ you at the end of 6 months of your training period. But now if they are breaking their promise which they made with you earlier, then its the height of irresponsibility and this also shows that they dont care about their employees at all. But the problem here is that if they didnt give you anything in written then this may pose a serious problem for you and you may not be able to take any action against them.

But if they gave you in written that will employ you in the future after your training is over, then I think you have the proof and can file a complaint against them. Also before taking such a grave step you should first talk to them and try to solve the matter amicably. But if they are not ready to listen to you then you must definitely sue them legally and drag them to court.

Take your decision wisely and thus get your justice done. Good luck buddy

    Hi............,

If company has made a written agreement then you can file a sue against company.

    * Remember that only word of mouth does not matter a lot.
    * If company has signed some written agreement that he will offer you job in certain condition then only you can took step.
    * You must present the agreement letter to the court.
    * Court will definately took a step against company working.

    Thanks
