    Not being able to keep up with the other employees due to being less experienced

    I am working in a private company. I have just joined this company and am finding it very difficult to keep up with the other employees. Thus my confidence is very low and am feeling very depressed right now. How to overcome such a situation so as to have a good future ahead?

    Hi Dear,

    We are all products of the choices we make - whether we want to be the victim or the hero of our story.
    Now, its your choice to either shrug off self-doubts and discouragement or keep whining and mourning about your less experience. Moreover, experience hardly matters in showcasing your abilities in a professional environment. What matters the most is your focus, determination, passion and willingness to learn and enhance your skills.

    So, please take this as an opportunity to prove your worth and instead of looking at other experienced employees around you and getting depressed, chart your way to success. In fact if you do your job with utmost sincerity and great honesty, soon the ball would come in your court and the perception of your senior managers would undergo a sea-change and you would emerge as glorious role-model for the employees with less or no experience in your profession.

    So, overcome this myth, that only experienced employees perform well, cultivated by yourself and look up to a new and bright future awaiting for you.

    Hello Friend,

    Well, this is your first job and you are inexperienced so you need time to adjust to the new environment. There are many people like you in the society who join as new employee and find find it hard to cope with the situation. You should never loose your confidence. Confidence is the pillar of strength and without it you can't do anything. I would suggest you yo have some confidence and faith with yourself. Patirnce is another important quality and not many people have it these days. Watch other employees work and learn their techniques and work culture. This will give you a better understanding of your official surroundings.

    first of all don't underestimate yourself i can understand you problem because sometime and somewhere we all have to face these types of problem in our life but from now what you have to do is that don't think about the other people only concentrate on your work because if you work and in the end when the result is good then the boss will appreciate your work and even also appreciate by those persons who you tink that they are more good then you .

    Don't bother much about the experience you have a job.If you have any doubts while working your colleagues will help you so, that you can know how to work if you want to know the thing by your self then you will search the solution.while searching for the solution you will get answers for so many doubts you have.From this you give get some experience try to apply thing which are essential for your job.Try to be in contact with your colleagues.while applying your thoughts you will get some experience.Try to be in contact with your colleagues and friends.don't loss your hope work hard.
    Do yoga and meditation every day to decrease your stress.
