Not able to give proper attention to my child due to late office timing

I am a working woman. I work in a private firm and come back home late in the evening. I have recently had a baby boy. I leave him at home with my maid. Due to this excessive work pressure and long office timings, I think I am not able to give proper attention to my child. How to come out of this situation?

    hi,
Every women have to face this situation after marriage and so i will suggest you to take help from your parents as your husband is also working and if from both of your parents if any if is retried from his/her job you can call them for living with you. As they are grand parents of your child they will also enjoy there company and you will be relaxed as baby will be in safe hands.

other wise you can take some days leave from your office from some medical reason and take care of your child.and you r husband can also help you as he is also come early from office for some time and enjoy the company of baby.

    Hello..

I can understand your feeling , having a newly born baby and you are not able to give time. Dear you have two option , and they both need your time.
First thing you can do is , meet your boss and share this with him , may be he don't know about your situation right now. Talk to him and take permission to return home early, and he is the person who can help you.
Second thing that , if you have lots of stuff to do and you have a baby too then you will have to chose between both of them your work and your baby. So think wisely and take your decision.

    Take care
    have a good time.

    hii,
well you should not hamper the care of your child because of the work at your office. i think that your office is important but you should take care of your boy too. he is a kid, he need his mom most rather than maid. so you must talk to the management to lessen your burden first of all. avoid late hours. spent time with your baby boy.
it is for the best of the child.
you must keep in mind that he need you the most. talk to your boss to lessen your burden of work for some time.
    thanks
