    Not able to dedicate as much time to my work as the other employees due to some personal issues

    I am working in a government organisation. I have always been a very hard worker but these days due to some personal issues, I am not able to dedicate as much time to my work as the other hard working employees. Also my performance is going down. What should be done in such a situation?

    Personal problems are present for every candidate,But one should not think about the personal problems at the work place.We have to do the work without thinking about personal matters.Don't think about the personal matter you can do good work.Try to interact with your colleague and work well.Do meditation every day so,that your thinking ability will increase and can do good work.

    Hello Friend,

    As a human being and part and parcel of the society we all have our personal issues. There should be a fine balance between personal matter and office work otherwise you will never be able to perform your roles and duties at office. Very few people know the art of this rare management. To get rid of this situation you have to sort out your personal issues first. What ever be the reason you have to find a solution to this problem and if you need any help don't be afraid to take it from either your family member or colleague at office. Taking help is a matter strength and not a weakness.

    It is a well known facts that we can't concentrate when our mind is disturbed. A mental peace is very essential for the performance at work or any other place. After finding a solution you can then easiily concentrate on your work. I wish you all the success.

    hello friend
    in that situation first of all solve your personal matter so that you can be totally concentrated on your work when you are in the office and gives your 100 % to your work . now what you have to do is that talk to your boss about this matter and tell all the problem related to your personal and official and said to your boss that sir at that time i will inble to give my 100 % in the job but i will assure you that whenever i will overcome fro my problem i will definitely concentrate on my job

    • Every employes in every company have personal problems but it doesn't mean they all get away from their work.
    • It depends on you how you treat that problem and adjust the work. Don't ever mix your work with the personal problem.
    • If you do this then the performance of your's in the company becomes low and gradually loss various opportunities.
    • So try to keep away your personal problem when you enter into office, do meditation, yoga to build up the concentration and do work easily.
