    None of my team members are talking with me

    I am working in a private firm.Recently I made some mistake in the project due to which our whole team was reprimanded by our manager. We are a group of 10 members working on the same project. Now none of my team members are talking with me as it was my fault due to which the whole team had to suffer. I am feeling left out now. How to handle such a situation?

    I think you can communicate your team members and say to sorry.
    You must promise that can not repeat mistakes again.
    You can solve the mistake and discuss with your team members.

    don't feel nervous just try to convince your team member and apologies for your mistake even talk with your manager about your team member behavior may be your boss can understand your situation and try to help you out.go ahead.

    This means that your team has sent you into coventry as a punishment for your mistake due to which the whole team got the blame. But you should not get dejected by the same and try to deal with this situation in a courageous way. Its only a matter of time when they will start speaking to you again. You just need to have patience to pass this bad phase in your professional life.So friend as its your mistake , so you should not mind bearing this little punishment for the same. I think you would have reacted in the same way had it been the mistake of some other team member.

    You should not feel that your team members are doing injustice with you but try to take this in a sporting way. I am sure if you bear this punishment without complaining your team memebers will also be very happy with you and will deem you as courageous. So you should not try to hide from this and must endure it with all your strength. I am sure you are feeling left out at this moment but I am sure after few days when your coventry period is over, you will be laughing at this.

    I understand your position so don't worry,don't be emotional.Every one do mistakes but we have to realize our mistake and try to rectify it.Don't left out from company or from your group,if you do that then you create your self bed impression and bad mark on you.First of all ask apology for your mistake and try it explain it why it happens otherwise convey your feelings about that and try to overcome that mistake, do your best for rectifying it.Be careful try to avoid this kind of situations repeating in future.

    You have to simply pay for your mistake.How could you be so irresponsible? Your irresponsibility have put them into trouble.That is why they have stopped communication with them in all possible ways.If you would have been in their position,you would have done the same.Keep it in mind,that a team is like a family.If anybody does anything wrong that is going to effect every member.The only possible wayout is,appologise to them for your wrong doing and be careful about anything you do.

    If you feel guilty and this was a situation created due to your fault then you should apologize every one to forgive you.in corporate life when everyone is matured enough these types of things are preety irradical but still you should apologize individually and promise not to repeat the same again.they are angry because you have not opened up infront of them or didnt accepted your fault but once you confess then all barrier will be removed and they will start interacting as usual.

    Really it is difficult to work in such situation.You can do one thing.Accept your fault before all the members & request to execuse you for getting reprimanded by the manager.Request them to be friendly as before.If they agree,then there is no problem otherwise request the manager to change your project or get transferred to some other work where you are supposed to work independently with pen & papers.

    You can very well explain your situations to your manager & accept your fault before him.If he says sorry to all rest of the members,they will easily forget the reprimandation of the manager.

    So try your level best for either of the above options.

    just have confidence in yourself. don't get panicked or nervous. you better know this thing that it was your fault in the project so they don't want to talk to you. this means if you work hard and try to resolve the issues then definatly everyone will encourage you and accept your work.
    all you need to do is build your confidence. try to help them to complete their work.
    once you resolved your issue, no time sooner you will be back to your social position.

    As you said this was your mistake.So, you should try to convince your mates at any cost.don't feel nervous and don't feet like everybody is doing injustice to you. But you should take it as a challenge.
    Just goto your mates and apologies for your mistakes.
    They won't accept it for first time. But keeps on doing that.
    One day they will accept your apology and forgive you.

    When you have made a mistake and you accept it is very positive thing about you. When your team is not talking to you regarding the mistake is done by you for which the whole had to suffer then you should be apologize for your mistake and try not to repeat it and you should work hard in developing your project work given to your team... And also you should get good name to your team and the same manager should appreciate your team manager if he is satisfied then the problem is solved all the team members will forgive you.. First of all you should ask for second chance and tell your team manager to forgive you... Should directly go to manager of company and accept that its your mistake and tell sorry.. For your mistake and tell him not to blame the other team members it is only way you can come out of situation

    You should talk to each of the team members are say sorry to them.

    You should try to explain to them that your fault led to all being warned.
    You would be more careful from future and will not let the team down.
