    No separate facilities for females in office

    If employees work hard for employers, they should also look forward with every facility which is required by both male & females. For example in our office there are no separate facilities due to which females have to face loads of embarrassments. How to complain about this to management?

    It is very natural for females to feel embarrassed when not provided with separate facilities. And it is the employer's duty and responsibility to cater to the demands of the employees, especially the female employees. If all you employees have a union, then take up the matter in front of the management in your next meeting. Catch the person who can actually put his words into action and makes the inconvenience a bygone. And all female employees should take a concrete stand and tell them openly how they feel harassed.

    This is really unavoidable situation you have and this problem is not only for you but also for all other female employee those who works in your office and contribute their best to the employer and you are absolutely right that employers should care about this situation and must provide enough good facilities in the office premises but you are not getting so that you should not worry and complain about this matter to the manager and ask for provide separate facilities for all female employees and tell them the accurate situation and also mention that you are unable to work in this type of environment and this is really unacceptable for all female employees and you should also bring all the female employees of your office and go to the manager or general manager and write a complain about this because this can not be ignored at all and your manager will have to think about the solution of this problem and provide you separate facilities and also mention that if company will not give us the facility then we all female employees will resign soon then your manager will think about this and provide you enough facilities

    Dear friend your views regarding woman facilities in office is not clear you did not mention specifically what kind of
    extra facility than male enjoy.So far my konwledge goes ladies are deprived in our society we should give them more opportunities instead you are telling female's separate facilities to be stopped.First of all clear the "separate facility" .If you say they should not enjou maternity leave/they should not enjoy separate toilet/if you say there should not be reserved seat for ladies.So, I like to know what type of separate facilities a femle
