    No rewards given for a wonderful marketing plan by me

    I am working in marketing department as marketing manager in an Automobile Company. Everytime I go to my boss with some marketing plan he first do not appreciate but accepts and then no extra benefits are provided having a good amount of profit to the organisation.

    Dear Aspirant,

    Congratulations for being a marketing manager .You are working well there & making the company to earn lots of profits,but you are not getting any extra benefits.It all depends upon the policy of the company.The policy is formulated & amended as per the rules in force & on demand of the mass.So if you want any new policy to be adopted in your company,you should discuss the matter with your other colleagues & if all of them are agree to sign a common representation,you should have a common representation & hand it to your boss.

    If your other colleagues are not interested in it,have a good relation with your boss & your employer to get your further promotion in time.Since you are working under your boss,the credit of your good plan goes to him & he might be using it as his own plan by saying to the employer or still superior official.

    You can only get further promotion in time,if your working performance is good & to my mind you may not get any other personal benefit.So continue working well.

    Hi aspirant

    I think that your boss should definitely not behave in this manner and should be fair to all his employees. He should not misuse his power in such a way and should definitely motivate all his employees by giving them full credit where its due. When your company is earning so much from your marketing plan then you should definitely get some rewards and be given some extra perks as it was your plan in the first place.

    You should go and talk to your higher officials in this regard . Tell them that you have never been awarded fairly for your marketing plans that you have given to your boss and which have resulted in the company earning profits. You hope that they will look into this matter and thus give you full justice in this case. You hope that you will not be given a raw deal as you have always been loyal to your company and thus expect the same from it.

    Hii, i can undersatnd what are you going through. First of all if your marketing plans are providing profit to your company , then it is d responsbility of your boss to appreciate you for this. You can follow the following steps i am sure this would help you a lot1* directly talk to your boss about the plan*tell him him clearly about the problem you are facing*make him understand your plan in his own view of mind*talk to him about the profit at the same time of discussion onlythanks

    Dear,
    There are so many things we have to remember while working in a private company. I am not surprised of what is happening with you, as it is a very common incident everywhere. I can suggest you some thing for your future benefits.
    1. Do know your work and its limits.
    2. Do not do anything extra if not wanted or invited or requested to you. Remember you may not be getting any rewards on that even if a profitable deed but punishments, scoldings if the same did not work.
    3. I you wanted to get any rewards deliberately through any valuable plan of profit you have, based on your experience then do not give it this time until it is requested.
    4. Do a fair deal with your boss for the share on the profit generated out of the plan.
    5. As a worker you must be satisfied with the company dealing otherwise your efficiency may decrease, and to be satisfied you give value to your work.

    It is not really a right thing your boss is doing by accepting the plans but not appreciating it. Yet there is no compulsion on him that he should give you any extra benefits for your ideas.
    Generally many companies today have a nice way of compensating their employees for their performances. This way they also motivate their employees. This will encourage the employees to work more in an efficient way.
    If your company has such programmes then your employer should have recognised your contribution through this market plan of your and rewarded you accordingly, but still it is not a compulsion on his part and you cannot demand for it; as there is no legal piece of enactment which deals with the same.
    I suggest you talk to your HR about it, if you can. Maybe he will try to provide some solutions for your situation.

    Hi friends,

    Congrats you can give a wonderful marketing plan.
    I think it is not correct thing your boss doing.
    Your boss accepting the plans but not appreciating because problem is EGO.
    Nowadays many companies today have a nice compensating their employees performance.

    So you can do not extras work.
    But your plan discuss many employees and you are the best employee in your company.
    Your staff also wish to you.
    I suggest you talk yo your HR about this situation.
    May be he try to solved them.
