    No reimbursements on food poisoning due to office canteen food

    I work in a private firm and stay in a hostel so I used to have my lunch in office canteen as I have no other option. Office food is no wonder is not up to the mark. One day I got poisoned by office food and suffered food poisoning for which I was admitted to hospital for 3 days but no reimbursements from employer was made to me.

    If you still find that everything was right and you were eligible to get the benefits, then complain to your HR department about it and see what they will do.
